KPMC provides service for Primary Care for all patients of all ages, insured (in network) or uninsured. The clinic is open on weekdays from 8:30-12:00, 1:30-3:00 (closed on Friday afternoons. Lunch time 12:00-1:30). Online appointment is available.
Dr. Cai also serves as a Civil surgeon for Immigration exams. Since 2014, More than 5000 applicants from all over the world got their green cards after we issued Certificates-I693.
Dr. Cai is a medical consultant in Rolling Hills Hospital for inpatient medical care. Your insurance may apply a deductible based on your policy, billed in the name of KPMC.

Immigration physical visit fee: $280 (cash price, plus tests fees such as TB, Gonorrhea and RPR based on your age). You may save the tests and vaccine fees if you have ACCEPTED insurance (excludes Unitedhealthcare Community plan, Cigna Connect, Ambetter, BCBS plan E. You may get the required tests in PCP office to save expense with these insurances).
Vaccines in pharmacies or Health Department (maybe free) are more cost effective. Government sponsored vaccines in clinic are available for children with Medicaid or high deductible insurances. Injection fees are applied.
